My stay at Surestay Plus By Best Western Orlando Lake Buena Vista had some positives, such as a spacious suite and a friendly staff, making me feel welcomed. However, I also encountered some significant issues, including cleanliness problems and a lack of professionalism from the management. While the location is excellent for theme park access, the overall experience left much to be desired.
